A well-chosen mattress adapts to the shape of our body, ensuring proper alignment of the spine. It is said that the poor condition of the spine can cause as much as 60% of all diseases. Summer and winter side of the mattress provides a more comfortable sleep. Summer side contains a layer of cotton, which gives a sense of coolness. The layer of wool on the winter side gives a warm feeling.

In order for all the qualities of the mattress to be exploited and properly ventilated,  it must be placed on a suitable rack.

Adjustable frames give the opportunity to raise some legs, which ensures that tired legs that have  accumulated excess blood can have a rest. Further raising the lower leg supporting part can help relax feet and knee joints.
